What is the cost per user?
- The cost per user is Rs 70(500 users) Rs 60(1000 users) Rs 50(1500 users) Rs 40(>2000 users) monthly
What are user slabs?
- The user slabs are 500-1000, 1000-1500, 1500-2000, >2000
If there are new users added, how will it be charged?
- There will be no charge within the user slab. Higher charges will apply when the slab moves up. See “what are user slabs”
What will happen to old users data?
- It will be in the database. The account will be deactivated.
Who will create user accounts?
- For the first time Sabre will create account. Excel upload will be done. Future accounts can be created by Sabre admin or Client admin
What is initial software cost - one time, for modification?
- Software installation cost depends on Content creation cost, Existing content modification cost and ranges between Rs 1.5L to 6L . This will be assessed by Sabre before contract is made.
Who will create contents?
- Sabre will create contents and modify contents for an additional cost. "Client admins" can also create and upload contents.
What types of contents will be there?
- Mostly contents are Videos, Pictures, Flash cards, games and GIF animations. No PPTs or PDFs are used.
Who will do content uploading for the first time?
- Sabre can upload created contents onetime for the first time. Costs of modifying content will be assessed.
Who will modify content?
- Periodic content modifications and new contents can be uploaded by Sabre/Client admins.
Who will create Quizes/tests and modify quiz library?
- Sabre trainers and content creaters will create quizes. Sabre can take inputs from clients to create/modify quizes/tests, audit sheets. Games also can be created. There are 6 types of games.
What is a dynamic question bank?
- Sabre LMS provides 3 dynamic question banks. One bank for self test. One bank for buddy evaluation and External/mystery audits. The bank of questions can be changed continuously to ensure testing is not stale and predictive.
What languages will be used for contents?
- The default language is English. Buddy and Mystery audits can be done in preferred language. Content videos, Picture texts, and reading materials can be converted and designed in preferred language of choice of client.
What language will be used in audits?
- Internal/Buddies and external/mystery auditors will use preferred language of the user.
What types of questions will be there?
- For the self test there will be multiple choice questions with annotations and pictures. Right and wrong videos from contents will be referred in the tests.
What is self test and evaluation?
- Self test or evaluation is the first toll gate. Here the user takes as many tests as he/she wants till maximum score is reached. The data base records time taken for each test and number of attempts.
What is buddy audit?
- Buddy audit is the second toll gate after self evaluation. It is done by a client nominated buddy face to face or on skype. A set of questions are asked by the buddy on various topics and evaluation is marked on the LMS portal.
What is External/Mystery audit?
- Mystery/External audit is the third toll gate after self evaluation and buddy audit. It is done by a external auditor, face to face or on skype. A set of questions are asked by the auditor on specified. Need for special mystery audits is eliminated if this process is followed.
What will be the report format. Standard dash boards?

What are the Billing cycles?
- The billing cycles are quarterly or half yearly as per contract. List of total users will be provided in the bill and charges will be as per prevailing slabs.
What is the Sabre "Help desk"?
- Sabre LMS has a 8 hour help desk. The support provided for agreed tasks in the contract.
